Hi, I'm Dalida. I'm an ADG 800 graphic designer for film & television with a specialty in fine art and illustration.
I graduated from UC San Diego with a B.A. in Speculative Design, a design discipline centered on first asking "what if?" and "for whom?" I also earned a B.A. in Communication, in which signs, symbols, and signifiers became foundational to my graphic design practice. My minor in Cognitive Science Design & Interaction taught me to consider how people move through the world, and how thoughtful graphic design can align with those behaviors.
I synthesize these skills to create a wide variety of graphics for entertainment. This includes environmental graphics (such as signage, nondescript dressing, murals, decals, etc.), fictional brand identities, graphic props, custom artwork, surface textures, and much more.
When in between productions, I'm available for design commissions and creative services.
